Meet the brains behind Finatic.

Aditya Bagga

Founder and Former President, Co-Chairman

Aditya Bagga is a student at Cupertino High School and serves as the President of Finatic, overseeing all operations and working closely with each team member to best grow Finatic. He has been involved in finance and business related activities for years and has extensive experience in public speaking, going so far as to compete nationally; teaching, volunteering hundreds of hours to teach technology and debate; and enterprise, leading large projects at his school. Aditya hopes to use Finatic as platform to spread awareness about financial illiteracy and provide accessible financial knowledge to youth in all corners of the world.

Tejes Srivalsan

Co-Chairman

Tejes Srivalsan is the Co-Founder & CEO of Poppin, a venture-backed startup, and is studying CS at UCLA. He is the Co-Founder of the Financial Literacy Education Organization (FLEO), whose influence has spread across five continents. During the last three years, he has led a team of 50 to teach personal finance to over 5100 students prior to the merger with Finatic. He is also a National Winner in Samsung’s Solve for Tomorrow competition where he and his team built a sensor that could detect if a wildfire is brewing and notify the nearest fire department. This won them $100,000 in technology for their high school. Additionally, he is passionate about innovation, social equity, and Manchester United.

Amoljit Dhaliwal

Co-Chairman

Amoljit Dhaliwal is a freshman at Babson College and is the Co-Chairman of the Board at Finatic. He previously served as Co-founder and CFO at FLEO. Besides Finatic, Amol serves as the VP of Finance for both the Babson Fashion & Sneaker Org and Campus Activities Board, managing over $500k yearly. In the past, Amol founded the Cal High Fishing Club, a pastime he still greatly enjoys, and has been a Varsity Wrestler as well. In the future he hopes to innovate the AgTech field and eventually reinvest into startups.

Arjun Chandrasekar

Former Editor-in-Chief

Arjun Chandrasekar is a student at Cupertino High School and serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Finatic, managing the Finatic Publication. He serves on the Board of Directors, working with the other members to devise long-term goals for the organization. He was previously the Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of HTSMW before its merge with Finatic. Arjun also serves as the President of his school’s table tennis club and the competitions officer at his school’s business club. Through these various leadership ventures, Arjun hopes to continue learning about business and finance while also working at Finatic to spread awareness and reduce widespread financial illiteracy.

Alex Zhu

Former VP of Events

Alex Zhu is a student at Cupertino High School and serves as the VP of Events of Finatic, and previously the Co-Founder and Operations Manager of HTSMW before its merge with Finatic. As VP of Events at Finatic, Alex structures events ranging from Investment simulation competitions to FinaticBowls. Alongside Finatic, Alex serves as his school’s Futsal Club president, tutors low-income students at a nonprofit education organization, and plays varsity soccer. Eventually, he hopes to merge tech and finance to solve problems on a larger scale.

Swastik Patel

VP of Operations

Swastik Patel is a student at Dougherty Valley High School and serves as the VP of Operations at Finatic, and was previously the COO at FLEO before its merger with Finatic in early 2022. As VP of operations, he is involved in overseeing all operations and working closely with each department to guide Finatic in a new direction. Besides Finatic, Swastik is heavily involved in organizing geography competitions, teaching students Python programming, and practicing martial arts. Swastik hopes to use Finatic to combat widespread financial illiteracy and delve into the wide world of decentralized finance and cryptocurrency.
